Ordering You may place your order via e-mail, phone or thru our secure shopping cart. Your order will be processed on a first come first serve basis ~ you may add on to your order as long as the order has not been packed and fully processed. The current shipping time will be posted on our website for your convenience.

Payment We are proud to accept MasterCard & Visa, Paypal, * Personal and Company checks & Money Orders. Any checks returned for non-sufficient funds will be charged $25.00 plus any other applicable bank fees. * Please note, that all orders being paid by a Personal or Company check will be held until the check has cleared. Orders that are paid for with a Money Order will not be shipped until we receive payment.

Shipping All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground if available in your area. Orders under 2 pounds can be shipped Priority Mail. Insurance & delivery confirmation will be added for all Priority Packages. If you do not wish to have your package insured or if you have a shipping preference please let us know when you place your order.

MI RESIDENTS If you do not have a MI Sales Tax Certificate, you will be charged tax in the amount of 6%. If you would like to save on shipping & pick up your order please call to make appointment.

Availability All items on our website are in stock and ready for shipment unless otherwise noted. If we do run out of something & it has not been posted you will be notified with the estimated arrival time on out of stock items.

Returns To protect the integrity of our products, we do not accept returns. If you have any problems, please contact us immediately & we will do our best to resolve the issue.
